Sunset on the Axe

I thought this was a pretty decent picture of the Grande Arche at La défense as taken from underneath the Arc de Triomph. Its all sunsetty and stuff. Since I'm at work pretty much all day Sara and I don't usually get out to see the sights until about sunset, so most of our pictures end up being pretty yellow and orange. At least we'll always know which way is west. Paris is beautiful in the evening. I still wonder why it is called the City of Light, I haven't really noticed all that many more lights on at night as there are in any other city. Perhaps this is because I just don't get out to the same night spots as others do.
